教學省思

First of all, I value morality the most. I try hard to have students be honest to themselves. If we can be true to ourselves, we will not cheat; we will do the right things in a very practical way. 

For teaching, I make it slow but steady. Students will be given affordable homework almost every day. They can finish homework in ten minutes. Some researches are applied to deepen students learning, such as how to memorize things. After the first vocabulary test, there will be a different style of review test within seven days and another review test within a month.   

In view of the change of students' learning mode, I try to use more multimedia or smartphone apps to make teaching more lively, interesting and effective. Apps are very handy and beyond the classroom. If properly used, apps can be  very helpful tools. In the meantime, I also visit teaching websites and introduce suitable ones to students.

However, difficulties still emerge sometimes, but I view them as chances to enhance my ability as well as students'.

I hope that every student can be a capable, independent and responsible person after my three-year company.
